Youth Ministry

Our youth gather on Sundays mornings for worship and Sunday School, and Sunday Nights for Youth Group. One Wednesdays, we are a part of T.O.W.N. (Together On Wednesday Nights) and have a Youth Cafe which we have for building relationships and a break during the week.

Throughout the year, we will join in trips and events focusing on Loving God and Loving People which includes missions, retreats, and many other great things! The youth are also very active within the church as a whole and can be seen as part of many ministries.

  Weekly Activities

 
Sunday School - We meet every Sunday morning at 10:00am in the Youth Room.  We are currtently studing The Gospel of Matthew!

Youth Group -  We meet each Sunday evening at 5:00pm in the youth room to have a gathering in out Koinonia (True Community) circle. We eat dinner after at the church and then play games in the gym and finish at 7:00pm.

Youth Choir/Handbells The Youth Choir/Handbells rehearses every Wednesday at 6:30 pm during the school year. (See Music Ministry)

Tuesday Morning Breakfast During the school year we meet for breakfast at a different location every Tuesday morning at 6:30 a.m. Check out our Facebook Group to see where we are meeting this week!

 T.O.W.N (Together On Wednesday Nights)! This is our church wide fellowship on Wednesday night during the school year.  It involves every age. The youth join with everyone for a fellowship meal at 5:30pm-6:30 and then go to youth choir/handbells and the Youth Cafe!

Boy Scouts Forest Hills is home to Troup 93. Scouting provides a wholesome outlet for boys to develop a thirst and respect for helping others, they meet in the Youth Area on Monday nights 7:00-8:30 pm. Contact Buddy Lea at 615-370-4953
