Congregational Care

The Congregational Care ministry reaches out to Forest Hills shut-ins. At Forest Hills, we are a family. Please remember that no one here needs to feel alone. That's what congregational care is all about -- supporting one another through all of the good times and difficult ones, too. Put your name on the list to serve one another.

How Can I Help
There are many ways to support this vital ministry:
1. Volunteer to take communion to our homebound and shut-in members.
2. Send a card to someone in your church family letting them know they have touched your life.
3. Be a "Johnny on the Spot" volunteer, i.e., someone who can drive a fellow member to church or to an appointment if necessary, or provide a meal or babysitting in a critical situation.
4. Call the church office at 373-3131 if you have a need or know someone who might need a bit of TLC, hospitalized, recently moved, scheduled for tests or just in need of prayerful uplifting.

- Music selections from the service
- Scripture reading
- Sermon
- Pastoral prayer

A copy of the Shut-In CD is available in the Church Library.
